Couldn't recommend more for a short-term stay

Spacious room, well-equipped gym, exceptional service, including a complimentary mini bar which made my stay more enjoyable and a fitness center that kept me active throughout my visit.

The room was spacious, clean, and provided a calming atmosphere that enhanced my stay. The complimentary mini bar was a delightful addition that I truly appreciated. Additionally, the city view from my Grand King room added a stunning backdrop to my experience, making it all the more memorable.

However, the common areas felt a bit cramped at times, particularly during busy hours.

While the atmosphere is sophisticated, it sometimes feels less bustling than other options, which can feel odd if you're hoping for a vibrant energy. On more than one occasion, common areas felt a bit cramped, especially during peak times, which may not suit everyone’s tastes for space.

I had an amazing stay, especially loved the luxurious jacuzzi tub and the unbelievable breakfast spread. Just wish the common areas felt a bit more spacious. Would definitely return!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Service

We were not impressed with the customer service at the hotel. Our air conditioning broke down, leaving us uncomfortable late at night with no resolution. Additionally, my experience at the pastry bar was marred by rudeness. Do communicate about issues promptly to avoid frustration.

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Grand Deluxe Suite for 3 nights. The room was super spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The city view from the windows was lovely, a nice backdrop for my stay. I appreciated the complimentary mini bar—it felt like a great touch. Really liked that the setup was comfy and relaxing, made it easy to unwind after a long day. It was also convenient to the old town, which made going out fun! Overall, a decent room experience.

the aquarium in the lobby is an absolute eye catcher. some staff need more training.

Enjoyed the spacious Grand Deluxe Ocean View King Room with beautiful views. The happy hour at the bar made for a fun evening. The art galleries added a nice touch. Limited seating near the pool made it uncomfortable at times.
